What does Biblical Counseling mean to me?
It means walking side by side with a fellow struggler, meeting people in the hard places of life with compassion, truth, and hope. It means applying Scripture to real life, and real life to Scripture. Biblical counseling looks beyond the immediate problem to our deepest problem and our ultimate solution.
What does it offer?
It has a different foundation and worldview than secular counseling because it looks at the whole person through the lens of God’s truth. It offers a fuller, more holistic perspective: caring for the heart, mind, relationships, choices, and circumstances. And it offers something deeper than temporary relief: eternal hope.

That’s the heart of biblical counseling for me: walking with people in their struggles, bringing Scripture into real life, and pointing them to lasting hope in Christ.
